AT THE WING |
The SEALS
squad training this evening is cancelled due to inadequate cover
poolside due to the adverse weather conditions. Apologies for this
inconvenience. |

TRAINING UPDATE 8 DECEMBER
AT THE WING |
We have
been informed by staff at Inverkeithing High School the Community Wing
is currently open but they are continuing to monitor the weather and may
decide to close prior to our training session this evening.
At present tonight’s training
for those squads who normally train on Wednesdays is running per the
standard timetable, however this may be subject to late cancellation
dependant upon the facilities decision later today. We therefore urge
you to check your emails and also the website prior to departing for
training to ensure The Wing is still open and not taken the decision to
close.
Once
again all at InCAS thank you for your patience over this extended period
of closure forced upon us. |

training at The Wing, Monday 6 December, has once again been cancelled due to the
continued
severe weather conditions which have forced the closure of Inverkeithing
High School.

the weather forecasts we request you continue to monitor the website for
updates upon this weeks training schedule which may be impacted due to
the weather. |

TRAINING CANCELLED - FRIDAY & SATURDAY
3 & 4
DECEMBER
AT LOCHGELLY HS, AND ALSO 5 DECEMBER AT STIRLING |
Tonight's
training at Lochgelly High School, 3 December, has been cancelled due to the
continued
severe weather conditions which have forced the closure of Lochgelly
High School. We are also informed Lochgelly HS shall remain closed until
Monday and as such Saturdays training session is also cancelled.
Given
the dangerous driving conditions we have also decided to cancel our long
course training session at Stirling NSA on Sunday 5 December.
We are
hopeful training shall resume on Monday 5 December at The Wing but
request you continue to monitor both the website and emails for further
updates. |

We have
received notification of the postponement of this weekends East District
Championships leg due to be held at Glenrothes given the weather
conditions. The East District Committee shall review the options to
reschedule this leg and shall notify us as and when this have been
addressed. |

EAST DISTRICT CHAMPIONSHIPS - DECEMBER
LEG ALERT |
We have
received advance warning from the organisers of the East District
championships, this weekends scheduled event may be postponed due to the
adverse weather conditions we are experiencing. At present Glenrothes
Swimming Pool has been closed since Monday, and if there is no
improvement we may be faced with the prospect of this weekends leg of
the Championships being postponed.
Postponement would be a last resort given the implications, and the East
District Committee shall be reviewing the position on Friday afternoon.
As such we wish to forewarn our swimmers of the above position and
request you monitor the website and your emails on Friday to clarify if
the weekends sessions shall proceed. |
