We are at the end of another successful year for InCAS at all levels. Once again, your dedication to training and listening to the advice given by your coaches has paid many rewards. Congratulations to all in everything you have achieved in 2007. Thanks also go to Garrie and Susan for all their efforts and dedication to InCAS this year and to all the parents who have assisted in the many fund-raising activities throughout 2007. Very best wishes to all in 2008! |

organising this year's InCAS Christmas Party. An excellent party. A
fun time was had by all!

Another fantastic set
of result for InCAS swimmers at last weekends East District Meet
with massive personal achievements for a lot of swimmers.
Congratulations to all InCAS ! Special congratulations go to Rachael O' Donnel who got 3 golds, set various new East District records and also set a new Scottish National Age Group Record, 11yr old Girls, 400m Freestyle, 4:55:57 all in one weekend! Pretty special considering she is still only 11. Very well done Rachael from all at InCAS! Massive thanks need also to go to Garrie and Susan, committee and team mates for all of the success our swimmers have. |
