Training is cancelled between 1700-1800hrs. This session will now run from 1800-1930hrs for Thursday 30th August 2007 only.

1300-1400 Demonstration Swims by InCAS.         1400-1500 Time trials                1500-1600 Fun/family swim.  

The idea behind this is to hopefully show potential new members the benefits of swimming and joining InCAS.

As a result of this, there will be no training at HMS Caledonia on SATURDAY 1st September 2007.

Instead ALL SQUADS are invited to attend the InCAS Sports For All event at CARNEGIE, 1300-1600.

This is a free event. You are invited to bring along a few friends for a free trial swim with InCAS and have some fun!

This is a great opportunity to encourage new member to join InCAS. If you can assist poolside on Saturday for a few hours to assist in the running of this event, please email incas@tesco.net now.

Alternative training arrangement have been put in place for all squads scheduled to train at HMS Cally tonight 18-2000.

Carnegie Pool, DUNFERMLINE 4-6pm. Swimming only.

Message received from Cumbernauld ASC with regard to parking regulations at Tryst Swimming Pool.

"Can you inform all parents who are driving to the meet that, due to the transfer of the parking at the Tryst to the owners of the new shopping centre, they will be required to display a special parking permit in order to be exempt from the new parking restrictions. These permits are free and available from the admission desk on the balcony at the Tryst. The permit must be display for the duration of their stay and returned prior to departure. A notice will be displayed on entry to the Tryst to remind parents of this.

 Cumbernauld Swimming Club will not be responsible for any penalty incurred by drivers as a result of a failure to display the appropriate permit or as a result of obstructive parking, i.e parking over the line of the marked bays.

 Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause."

We have just been advised by HMS Caledonia that the pool will be closed for 1 week from MONDAY 13TH AUGUST 2007.  As a result, at this stage, training will regrettably be cancelled. 

Alternative pool time is being sought. If anything results, Scottish Squad members will be notified in advance.
