REVISED TRAINING SCHEDULE |
Following
the closure of HMS Caledonia as a training venue, InCAS have secured
alternative pool time to maintain the training programme of our
swimmers. This new timetable shall come into effect on our return from
the Summer break, week commencing 9 August. Upon implementation we
shall monitor the revised Programme to ensure the delivery of pool time
and coaching is achieved.

HMS CALEDONIA STATEMENT |
As many
shall be aware, we have been informed by the Navy no Civilian Clubs
shall be able to utilise the facilities at HMS Caledonia from 12Juy 2010
due to staffing and budget constraints. It is therefore with deep regret
InCAS shall no longer be able to continue our long and successful
relationship with the Royal Navy and staff of HMS Caledonia. We
therefore wish to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks to
the Navy and all personnel who have assisted InCAS over the many years
of our relationship with the 'Cally'. |

SUMMER TRAINING CAMPS |
Once
again, two week long training camps shall be held during the first two
weeks in August. Swimmers from Dolphins upwards are eligible to partake
in the camps.

SUMMER SHUTDOWN |
The Club
shall cease normal training sessions for the Summer break from Saturday
10 July, being the last session at HMS Caledonia. Training recommences
week commencing 9 August 2010. Please continue to monitor the website
during the holiday period for any updates or announcements. |

CLUB PRESENTATION
EVENING |
Following
the Annual Club Championships, the Presentation Evening is being held on
Friday 20 August at the Civil Service Club, Rosyth, commencing at
7.00pm. This is family orientated evening and all members of the family
are welcome.

We have been
advised HMS Caledonia is re-open following yesterday's forced closure.
As such training on Saturday is as normal, 12.45 - 2.45pm, to which all
squads are invited. |
